After ripping out the entire pattern (row 2) back, I thought "SUCCESS" I fixed the problem of the missed yarn over at the beginning of needle 2. Unfortunately now I think I have the case of the dropped stitch out of control. Take a look....
Just when I thought it would be smooth sailing for the rest of the sock!!! On a good note, I finished the gusset so hopefully I won't have to rip it as far back that I have to re-knit all of that again.

I don't have the yarn for my blanket yet, so maybe I'll start a baby sweater for my cousin who is due April 10th for now until I get my sock straightened out. I really want to try this Twist & Twirl baby sweater, it looks so adorable!

Don't you just love those Yarn Overs! When I was knitting my Olympic Shrug, almost every mistake I made was a missed Yarn Over. The socks look great though and you are close to the end. I love the blanket idea - can't wait to see it come to fruition.

Ah yes, the dreaded missed yarnover ... And eeew, an out of control dropped stitch. I loathe those! I hope you got it all fixed up. The sock looks great! :)

I had a similar problem with sock number 2. Why can't the second sock be like his brother?

Happy knitting, good luck with your YO's. It looks great so far.
